4R Webinar: Understanding the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA):
The Families First Coronavirus Response Act became effective on April 1, 2020 and is enforced by the Wage and Hour Division of the US Department of Labor. This session will provide attendees with a firm understanding of the basics of the FFCRA, including the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers, and the most up-to-date FFCRA resources available. Q & A session will follow presentation.

Julie Castillo
Wage & Hour Division Specialist @U.S. Dept of Labor
Julie Castillo has been an investigator with the Wage and Hour Division since 2015, and recently transferred to the Denver District office as the Community Outreach and Resource Planning Specialist for the states of Colorado, North Dakota and South Dakota. She has extensive experience with various laws and regulations that the WHD enforces, including FLSA, FMLA, FFCRA, Government Contracts and the H-visa programs.
