The Families First Coronavirus Response Act became effective on April 1, 2020 and is enforced by the Wage and Hour Division of the US Department of Labor. This session will provide attendees with a firm understanding of the basics of the FFCRA, including the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers, and the most up-to-date FFCRA resources available.
