Elizabeth Albin
Elizabeth Albin, a twelve year veteran of developing youth in our nation as a college professor as well as a ten year restaurant operations veteran is in her fourth year living in Grand Forks with her husband and two children. A native New Mexican, Elizabeth graduated from New Mexico State University with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management in 2000. While in college, Elizabeth started working for Red Lobster and eventually climbed the ladder to be the youngest female general manager in Red Lobster Dallas Division history at the age of 25 in the Roswell, New Mexico restaurant. During her career working at Red Lobster Elizabeth earned her Masters of Business Administration from the College of Santa Fe. In 2007, Elizabeth accepted a job teaching and advising college students in at her alma mater, NMSU. She continued in that role until 2013 when she followed her husband’s career to North Dakota. Elizabeth is currently an instructor at UND in Marketing.
