Mr. Bernie Clemens is the Director of Business Operations for the 28th Contracting Squadron, Senior Contracting Officer, and the Small Business Professional for the 28th Bomb Wing, Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. He assumed these duties in September 2009. He is responsible for directing, planning, and organizing the procurement activities of the Contracting Office and directs planning and implementation of the installation’s small business, small disadvantaged business, HUBZone, service disabled veteran small business, and women owned small business programs.
Angela B. Klein
Director of Business Operations @5th Contracting Squadron, Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota
Angie Klein is the Director of Business Operations for the 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot Air Force Base (AFB), North Dakota. She is responsible for organizing, training and equipping, and providing for the welfare of 36 military and civilian Airmen and their families. Angie oversees Minot AFB’s contract portfolio and directs acquisition strategy and policy development, business risk mitigation, and contractor manpower management ensuring superior supplies, services, and infrastructure acquisition support to more than 12,000 personnel. Angie has extensive professional experience in a range of leadership and management roles in the military and the local community including Contract Review Committee Chair, Small Business Professional, Labor Relations Coordinator, and notably as a United States Contracting Officer with Unlimited Authority to obligate the Government and terminate contracts. Prior to her current position, Angie was Services Acquisition Flight Chief for the Squadron.
Graham D. Pritchett
Director of Business Operations/Small Business Professional @319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota
Mr. Graham D. Pritchett is Director of Business Operations and Small Business Professional, 319th Contracting Squadron, 319th Reconnaissance Wing, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota. As the Director of Business Operations, he is responsible for the management of $150M contract portfolio and executes/awards over $30M annually in construction, services, and commodities contracts to support the 319th Reconnaissance Wing, Geographically Separated Units at three other locations world-wide, 10th Space Warning Squadron at Cavalier Air Force Station, and other associated tenant units. Mr. Pritchett grew up as an Air Force “brat”, living in the U.S., England, and Italy. He attended the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration. Mr. Pritchett began both his civil service career and entered the contracting career field in April 1987.
